Includes:
Weekly 1hr check-ins before the wedding date (5 total)
12 hours of service on the wedding day
2 assistant day-of coordinators
Vendor and venue coordination
Timeline creating and management
Assistance with venue set up and break down
2 bins of personal decor complimentary — additional charge for additional items or large pieces
Travel up to 100 miles from Austin, TX or Spokane, WA
Spokane services offered only between Memorial and Labor Day
Additional travel or overnight stay charges may apply
